The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own top-of-funnel acquisition and build the system that makes it predictable and repeatable.

This is a hands-on IC role built around continuous testing. You ship creative, read performance daily, and keep the next set of tests moving. You are data-driven at your core. You can tell what's working, what's not, and why, and you can quickly separate real signal from noise.

You should already be building with AI. Not exploring it, not curious about it, but actively using it to do your job better. You use it to increase creative throughput, speed up analysis, automate repetitive work, and capture learnings so performance compounds week over week.

You will own the weekly operating cadence and bring clear recommendations. We will align on targets, budgets, and priorities week to week.

We care about efficiency and scalability. You are accountable for the in-platform levers and the system that lets us scale with control, fast learning, and clean execution.

What You'll Do

Paid Acquisition

  • Own top-of-funnel acquisition across paid social and paid search day to day. Structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, testing, optimization
  • Expand into affiliate and influencer as secondary acquisition channels over time

Creative System

  • Build and run the creative system. Weekly launches, naming and versioning, refresh cadence, creative library and tagging
  • Build an AI-assisted workflow for angle discovery, creative versioning, and learnings capture that the team can repeat weekly
  • Drive landing page and offer tests tied to ad angles, then feed learnings back into what you ship in ads

Measurement & Reporting

  • Own measurement hygiene. Events, UTMs, attribution inputs, QA, clean experiment setup, spot-checks when needed
  • Deliver weekly readouts that drive decisions. Clear wins, losses, what changes next, and why

Who You Are

  • Data-driven at your core. You run on numbers, not intuition, and you know how to separate signal from noise
  • Already building with AI. You have real workflows, not surface-level usage. You can describe specifically what you've automated or accelerated, and what you've tried that didn't work
  • You have run paid social and paid search yourself and can explain what you are doing and why
  • You move fast with a high execution bar. QA and clean setups are non-negotiable
  • You can run a high testing cadence without chaos. Hypotheses, versioning, clean readouts
  • You translate performance into action. What to make next, what to stop, how to refresh winners

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience running paid social and paid search, not just reporting or managing an agency
  • Strong fundamentals in creative testing systems and fatigue management
  • Strong analytical toolkit. Experimentation, funnel diagnostics, translating data into decisions
  • Comfortable with CAC, ROAS, CVR, payback, and experimentation basics
  • Comfortable with tracking fundamentals and clean setup
  • Austin-based and able to work onsite
