You'll take new markets from zero to running. When we choose a new state or county, you own launch readiness: the county setup, the deadlines, the admin, and the workflows the team needs to file appeals there.

You'll work with our property tax experts, the operations team, and engineering. Each launch ends with a playbook and a handoff to steady-state operations, so the next one goes faster than the last.

What You'll Do

• Launch Readiness: Own the plan and execution for each new market, from first research to the first appeals filed.

• County Setup: Build county configurations and deadline tracking so every filing window is covered.

• Market Entry Admin: Handle the administration needed to operate in a new market, including records requests and county registrations.

• Launch Workflows: Stand up filing reconciliation, hearing, settlement, and inbox workflows, and test them with operations and engineering.

• Handoff and Reporting: Write the SOPs that move a market to steady-state operations and report on how each market you launched is performing.

Who You Are

• In Austin or willing to relocate. We work in person 5 days a week.

• 3+ years in operations, program management, or launching new locations or markets

• Experience running projects with many deadlines and outside stakeholders at the same time

• You build a system the first time you do something so the second time is easier

• You're comfortable writing clear tickets for engineers and testing what they ship

• You use AI tools to research rules, draft SOPs, and keep trackers up to date

Compensation
$130,000 – $150,000 base, plus equity
