About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to drive Alexi's next phase of growth. This role demands excellence across product management, marketing, design, and data analytics, with a focus on driving activation and engagement across all customer segments. You will be thinking about identifying new growth levers, testing, deploying, and optimizing.

This is not just another product management role – it's an opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of the product and business. You'll have the autonomy to identify, analyze, and solve complex challenges that directly impact our business outcomes and the legal professionals we serve.

What You'll Do

Our Senior Product Manager, Growth will take ownership of critical initiatives that drive Alexi's growth:

  • Optimize our user’s and team activation journey, using data-driven approaches to identify and eliminate friction points that prevent legal professionals from experiencing our product's full value
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives in our enterprise segment, working directly with law firms to understand their unique challenges and translate those insights into product improvements
  • Guide cross-functional teams in executing high-impact projects that move key metrics, particularly focusing on user activation and engagement
  • Develop and analyze complex user and team behavioral data using SQL to uncover actionable insights that inform product decisions
  • Design and execute sophisticated A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user engagement across our platform
  • Build deep customer empathy through direct interaction with legal professionals, ensuring our product truly solves their pain points

You'll Be Great For This Role If

  • You have a proven track record of driving significant growth metrics at a B2B SaaS company
  • You're comfortable with both technical analysis (SQL queries) and strategic thinking
  • You have a deep understanding of growth design principles and user psychology
  • You possess an exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to identify meaningful patterns in complex data
  • You've built products that users love and can articulate the principles behind good product design
  • You're resourceful and autonomous – you take initiative without waiting for perfect information
  • You think systematically about growth and have experience building scalable growth systems
  • You're obsessed with improving your product craft and have leveraged AI tools to become more productive

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on product growth
  • Demonstrated experience driving user level and team level activation and engagement
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Track record of shipping features that drove meaningful business impact
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • Excellence in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
