The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an experienced and innovative Partner Relations Manager to join our expanding Canada Partner Relations Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in propelling our company and platform to new heights, particularly in Ontario, Canada.
What You'll Be Doing Every Day:
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to achieve enrollment objectives for our valued institution partners.
Relationship Cultivation: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions.
Data-Driven Excellence: Craft data-driven strategies and tactics to meet regional international student recruitment objectives. This includes achieving conversion metrics, driving enrollment growth, and increasing seat availability.
Prospecting Prowess: Seek out new partner institutions through proactive outreach, networking, and compelling presentations.
Tech Advocacy: Implement strategies to showcase our technology solutions to stakeholders effectively.
National and International Impact: Craft and deliver compelling presentations at national and international conferences, establishing our presence as industry leaders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Internally collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner institutions to drive new initiatives and process improvements.
Partnership Prowess: Negotiate and execute institutional partnership agreements with precision and professionalism.
Central Point of Contact: Serve as both an internal and external point-of-contact for partner institutions, ensuring smooth communication.
Resolution Expertise: Collaborate across teams to promptly address program inquiries and manage partner institution escalations.
What you bring to the table:
Seasoned Expertise: Possess 5+ years of experience in the international education industry, with a preference for recruitment or admissions experience.
Valuable Connections: Boast a strong network of existing contacts in the Canadian international education sector.
Passion for Excellence: Demonstrate a deep commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic, accountability, and an unwavering attention to detail.
Project Management Savvy: Ideally, have experience and/or training in project management.
Problem-Solving Pro: Showcase strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deftly handle objections.
Prospecting Prodigy: Bring a successful track record in prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling to the table.
Adaptability: Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where change is the only constant.
Communication Guru: Possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Initiative and Prioritization: Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and take initiative to drive results.
Contract Knowledge: Be experienced in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Tech-Savvy: Have a working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity software, as well as data-based solutions.
