The Opportunity:
As an experienced and results-driven HR Executive you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and will act as an administrative partner to employees and management. The Human Resources Generalist will be primarily responsible for supporting Human Resource practices and HR Business Partners to closely support organizational goals. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs, including but not limited to; employee file maintenance, reporting preparation of documents, general inquiries and other administrative duties as required. Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, and administering employee benefits. You will use the HRIS to ensure all employee records are up to date and confidential. You will also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR -related topics.

What you’ll be doing every day:
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Monitors and responds to general HR inquiries regarding policies, procedures and HR relatedconcerns.
Regularly updates the HRIS system, processing of employee changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, leaves, terminations, etc. and managing flow of associated documentation
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Prepares employment agreements, employment verification letters, leave memos and other related documents.
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Performs administrative duties including but not limited to employee file organization, processing invoices, and other record-keeping systems
Compiles, analyzes and prepares standardized or customized reports on a routine or ad hoc basis as requested from HR Business Partners or business leaders for reports and presentations
Assist HR Business Partners with other ad-hoc requests.
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Regular auditing of HRIS
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
Support other functions as assigned
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
What you bring to the table:
Proven 2-3 years experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources/administrative position
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Understanding of Human Resources Policies and Procedures
Detail oriented with ability to check documents for accuracy and communicate detailed changes
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular) and GSuite, advanced knowledge and competency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with HR databases (e.g. BambooHR ) and other HRIS systems
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving orientation and analytical skills
Enthusiastic and friendly, with a demonstrated client-service orientation.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
Good organizational and time management skills
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
Ideally, you also have experience with some of:
Experience working in a high-growth tech company
Work experience in fast paced organizations
