The Role


The Manager, Partner Success acts as the strategic liaison between ApplyBoard's partner institutions and internal teams (Customer Experience, Product, Sales). You will lead a processing team to exceed enrollment targets, optimize admissions workflows, and serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned portfolio of schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Leadership: Drive the team to exceed enrollment and conversion KPIs; manage task delegation, mentorship, and operational reporting.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partner schools, overseeing the full application funnel from evaluation to enrollment.

  • Operational Excellence: Lead school onboarding, ensure data accuracy in internal systems, and serve as the final escalation point for service quality.

  • Process Optimization: Partner with Knowledge Management and Product teams to automate workflows, improve conversion times, and update ApplyBoard’s Support Resources.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Resolve complex tickets and collaborate with Sales to align partner expectations with operational capacity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Minimum Associate's).

  • Experience: 3-4 years in Account Management or Customer Experience; 1+ years of people management experience.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Jira, performance dashboards, and data analysis.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, high attention to detail (QA/fraud detection), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with flexible hours.
