The Opportunity:
A dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager who strategically leads the management of our differentiated institution partners. This role will play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships and driving significant enrollment growth. This position requires close collaboration with internal recruitment teams and institutional stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional priorities, robust conversion strategies, and effective support for admissions processes.
What you’ll be doing every day:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Design, implement, and optimize recruitment strategies that exceed enrollment targets for our differentiated partners while tailoring approaches to suit institutional goals.
Enhance Conversion Rates: Utilize data-driven insights and customized activation plans to significantly boost conversion rates, aligning training initiatives and partner engagement with institutional priorities.
Maximize Service Adoption: Champion the adoption of premium and differentiated services, ensuring partners fully leverage integrations to elevate satisfaction and positive outcomes.
Custom Engagement Development: Lead the creation and customization of engagement frameworks and reporting models that reflect the unique goals of each institution partner, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs.
Primary Liaison Role: Act as the principal point of contact between institutional stakeholders and internal ApplyBoard teams, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and relationship building.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to manage partner-specific concerns, streamline operational processes, and address any challenges that may impact partner success.
Robust CRM Management: Ensure all partner interactions and activities are meticulously documented in our CRM and related systems, maintaining up-to-date records on preferences, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Strategic Relationship Management: Conduct regular strategic meetings with key institution contacts, aligning strategies and ensuring our efforts are effectively supporting their international recruitment and admissions goals.
Facilitator of Workshops and Training: Lead monthly conversion workshops and training sessions for top recruitment partners, empowering them with enrollment enablement tactics that enhance their effectiveness.
Issue Resolution Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to proactively manage and resolve admissions and operational challenges affecting conversion rates, ensuring continuous improvement.
What you bring to the table:
4-6 years of demonstrated success in account management, sales, or recruitment, specifically within the education sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
In-depth understanding of enrollment processes and strategies for differentiated institutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships with varied stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
A proactive approach to collaboration, coupled with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
