The Opportunity:

Are you a HubSpot power user who loves turning complex technical puzzles into seamless business workflows? Do you thrive on data integrity and helping teams scale through smart automation? If so, we want to meet you!

As our HubSpot Coordinator, you won’t just be managing a database, you’ll be the engine behind our go-to-market strategy. You will own the health, optimization, and support of our entire HubSpot ecosystem (CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs).

You’ll be the "go-to" technical expert for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring they have the high-performance tools they need to succeed without technical friction.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

  • Platform Governance & Hygiene: Keep our HubSpot ecosystem pristine by managing user permissions, property architecture, and rigorous data deduplication.

  • Internal Tech Support: Serve as the hero for our internal teams, providing Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting to keep everyone moving fast.

  • Automation Infrastructure: Design and maintain the sophisticated workflows and lead-routing logic that power our business.

  • Marketing Systems Enablement: Provide the technical oversight needed for high-impact marketing campaigns and audit email automation logic.

  • Documentation Maven: Build and maintain a world-class technical knowledge base in Zendesk and Confluence.

  • Agile Management: Use Jira to stay organized, prioritizing bugs and administrative projects with precision.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HubSpot administration.

  • You’ve successfully supported a multi-hub environment (CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs).

  • Proficient in Jira for project tracking and Zendesk/Confluence for documentation.

  • Strong problem solving capabilities - you enjoy technical troubleshooting and building systems that make people’s lives easier.
