By connecting travelers to customized insurance solutions that deliver the most appropriate insurance at the right price.

Specifically, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Director who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive head-first into the following:

  • Network, find and establish new and unique relationships with tech-forward distribution partners, including travel suppliers, travel-tech, insurtech and fintech companies
  • Build a focused pipeline, set goals and aggressively work to achieve targets
  • Work with multiple teams (including underwriting, engineering, product, marketing and operations) toward a common goal to ensure partner success
  • Travel as needed, speak up, make suggestions, and produce

about you: You’re ready to redefine specialty travel insurance. New rules, new roles. This position is for a team player with a strong customer base who also embraces innovative approaches to new markets. Using proven people skills and a passion for sales, the perfect candidate can balance maintaining current business relationships and securing new ones.

  • Previous experience in direct client sales and key account management roles
  • Travel Insurance background either in direct sales or within the travel industry strongly preferred. Traveltech, fintech or insurtech background is a bonus
  • Motivated self-starter, strong entrepreneurial and ownership mindset, and a positive, team-player attitude
  • Extensive knowledge of what drives insurance risk and ability to identify key attributes of a desirable distribution partner
  • Manage time effectively with minimal guidance. Must be comfortable and effective in a work from home environment
  • Full understanding of B2B and B2B2C acronyms, with experience executing both
  • Experience in scaling growth-stage companies
  • Relevant and fresh contacts within target markets
  • Proven track record of driving a company’s growth
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
  • Fluent in current and emerging customer needs and travel insurance industry opportunities
  • Team Player is a MUST!
