Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can:

  • Find and establish new relationships with distribution partners, including insurance brokers, MGAs, OTAs, financial institutions/banks/credit card programs, travel suppliers, traveltech, insurtech and fintech companies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategy and create detailed business plans, test them and revisit them regularly
  • Execute on sales strategies in line with battleface’s growth objectives.
  • Build a focused pipeline and aggressively work it
  • Set and exceed sales goals
  • Work with underwriting, product, engineering, and operations to ensure partner success
  • Travel, speak up, network, and produce!


  • Demonstrated success in insurance direct partner sales and key account management roles
  • Management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Full understanding of b2b and b2b2c acronyms, with experience executing both
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Travel Insurance / Traveltech, Fintech or Insurtech background preferred
  • Initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to think strategically
  • Relevant and fresh contacts within the target companies
  • Proven track record of driving a company’s growth
  • The ability to network confidently, creatively and flexibly with a wide variety of people and organisations
  • Fluent in current and emerging customer needs and travel insurance industry opportunities
  • Hungry!
