about the job: we’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of partner integrations and product launches across our global travel insurance platform. You’ll work closely with internal teams and high-value partners to manage project plans, technical requirements, and successful rollouts of new products and capabilities.

• Experienced in program or project management, ideally within travel insurance, technology, or software delivery

specifically, you will

• Create and maintain project plans with timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Coordinate partner onboarding and drive the full implementation lifecycle
• Manage communication across internal teams and partner stakeholders
• Oversee product rollout, training, early-stage support, and operational readiness
• Participate in testing and QA to ensure accuracy and performance
• Define and track KPIs to measure partnership and product success
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria
• Prepare updates and progress reports for internal teams
• Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve scalability for future implementations

• 5+ years in travel insurance program management or relevant experience
• Experience leading software, integration, or technical delivery projects
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance partner needs with business goals
