What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and expansion of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is central to scaling and streamlining our revenue operations infrastructure. As the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will own the architecture and functionality of Salesforce across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, and Data to drive efficiency, improve data integrity, and enable decision-making through smarter systems and reporting.

What You Will Do:
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture and strategy - including, configuration, project management, automation (Flows), custom reporting, user access, and data model design for Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement
- Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, advising business leaders on platform capabilities and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to refine sales processes, define system requirements, and implement scalable improvements in Salesforce
- Monitor and maintain CRM data integrity, developing proactive strategies for data hygiene and governance
- Evaluate and implement process automation and workflow enhancements to reduce manual work and increase seller productivity
- Manage and support integrations with key systems (e.g., Hubspot, Looker, Zendesk), working closely with Data and Engineering teams to ensure clean and reliable cross-system data flow
- Prioritize and resolve platform issues, ad hoc requests, and optimization needs from users and stakeholders
- Partner with Enablement to develop training materials and user resources to ensure successful adoption of platform enhancements
- Stay current on Salesforce product releases and best practices, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
What Skills Will Help You Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working within Salesforce Lightning, with at least 2+ years of experience in a platform ownership or managerial capacity
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including platform architecture, data structure, declarative tools, and integration frameworks
- Experience designing and administering solutions across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Hubspot, Zendesk)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to lead cross-functional discussions and present systems solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with a knack for prioritizing high-impact initiatives and driving execution from discovery through implementation

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.
