Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to partner with our Product Manager and Development Team to create dev-ready designs in Figma. You'll lead the creation of intuitive user flows and polished interfaces, while building our design system from scratch. As we grow, you'll help scale our design process and influence the direction of our product. Your work will shape the entire user experience and have a direct impact on the success of our platform and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of new products and features from 0 to 1, in close collaboration with the product team
Define the product’s UX foundation and visual identity
Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable, dev-ready components
Create high-fidelity designs in Figma with clear documentation for handoff
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design details, interactions and user flows
Contribute ideas and conduct design research to inform decisions, applying best practices, industry trends and user insights
Design intuitive experiences across complex flows, new journeys, edge cases, and RBAC scenarios
Deliver on product deadlines and play an active role in driving the roadmap forward
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or product-focused environments, with a strong Figma portfolio
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude, bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.
Experience leading the design of new products from concept to launch
Skilled in creating dev-ready components and navigating design-to-development workflows
Strong understanding of technical constraints and implementation feasibility
Familiar with user-centered design, accessibility standards, edge cases, and responsive design
Experience conducting user, industry, and design research to inform and improve product outcomes
Experienced in building and maintaining design systems, including design tokens and component libraries
Bonus if you have:
Familiarity with product copywriting best-practices.
Experience with branding, graphic, logo and icon design
Experience using Framer
Familiarity with AI agents, dashboards, and marketing software.
Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
