Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive engagement and conversion across the user journey. This role is crucial in optimizing the user experience funnel, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, data analysis, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and demonstrated impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Lifecycle Marketing Strategies:
- Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at user acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to tailor messaging and content to various user segments.
- Optimize User Experience Funnel:
- Map and analyze the user journey to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Sales) to enhance user experiences, address pain points, and unlock revenue opportunities.
- Segmentation and Personalization:
- Develop and maintain sophisticated user segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to deploy targeted communications at scale.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, user engagement, retention rates, and overall ROI.
- Customer Insights and Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize performance.
- Partner with Product on end user survey strategy & implementation
- Collaborate with Content and Creative Teams:
- Work closely with content creators and designers to produce compelling marketing assets.
- Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Manage communication platforms in partnership with Product Manager
- Own vendor relationship - maintaining best practices, leveraging capabilities to full extent
- Organize and implement campaigns within the platform across various end user segments
- Maintain White Label ecosystem (dynamic content, value props, legal disclosures, automation, etc)
- Liaison with product and vendor on technical maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a similar role - preferably in a hyper growth environment.
- Experience in financial services - fintech specifically - preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies that impacted revenue growth.
- In-depth email marketing knowledge and technical experience
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully across functional areas - specifically Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, DemandBase)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
The base compensation range for this role is $110-120k annually. The displayed salary range reflects an average base salary for the position across the US. The base salary offered to an applicant may be higher or lower based on their specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, or training. This range excludes commission, bonuses, equity, or benefits.
