We are seeking to add a Market Development Representative to our fast growing sales team at Branch, to support our outbound sales strategy. The MDRs will be gathering and enriching Account/Contact data to assist our SDRs and AEs. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in software sales and will lead to great career opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Find the “blueprint” of an account and Identify key personas/contacts within a target account
  • Enrich and clean Branch account and contact data in our CRM
  • Provide our outbound sales team with clean account lists that hit our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria
  • Identify intent signals + map likely initiatives
  • Help the sales team with experimental plays.

About you:

  • Ability to follow a set of complex instructions and processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn how to use new software
  • Adaptable to new challenges and processes
  • Close attention to detail
  • Persistent
  • Can quickly identify bugs and inconsistencies
  • Interested in getting into Software Sales

What you will learn as an MDR:

  • How to conduct outbound prospecting and lead research
  • Collaboration with Branch’s sales and marketing teams
  • The ability to develop data sets in Excel and Google Sheets
  • How SaaS/Fintech companies sell in an outbound motion
  • Accessing and manipulating data in a CRM

It would be awesome if you:

  • Are comfortable with manipulating data in Google Sheets, Hubspot and Outreach

Compensation:

The base compensation for this role is 55k. The salary range displayed reflects an average base salary range for the position across all the US. The base salary offered to an applicant could be higher or lower based on each applicants specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education or training, etc. The base salary range listed excludes commission/ variable compensation/ bonus/ equity or benefits.
