Network Expansion
Conduit Health
About Conduit Health
Conduit Health is transforming one of the hardest, most outdated corners of post-acute care — getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients' homes.
We've built the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform that unites ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. We're the easy button for one of the least-easy parts of managing a chronic condition.
We've raised $22M+ from leading venture firms and are scaling fast — building the team that will redefine how post-acute care gets done in the U.S.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, execution-obsessed operator to own Conduit's network expansion — end to end.
This role sits at the intersection of high-volume credentialing operations and strategic health plan development. On any given week, you might be ensuring dozens of provider enrollment applications are moving through the pipeline without a hitch, and then shifting to a strategic conversation with a VP of Network Development at a major Medicaid plan. You'll need to be just as comfortable managing a credentialing tracker as you are in a room with health plan executives.
You'll work closely with our founders and payor development team to rapidly expand our network footprint across Medicaid and Medicare markets — and build the operational infrastructure to sustain that pace as we scale nationally.
What You'll Do
Own Credentialing Operations
- Oversee a high-velocity credentialing and provider enrollment function, ensuring Conduit is submitting dozens of applications per week across states and plan types
- Build and maintain rigorous tracking systems so nothing falls through the cracks — follow-up cadences, status dashboards, and escalation paths
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks that slow down our time-to-network across plans
- Partner with clinical and ops leaders to keep our enrollment pipeline ahead of growth
Drive Strategic Plan Relationships
- Lead conversations with Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans to get Conduit in-network, negotiate reimbursement structures, and deepen existing relationships
- Develop a market-by-market network expansion strategy based on patient volume, payor mix, and regulatory opportunity
- Represent Conduit with confidence and professionalism at every level of a health plan organization
Build the Function
- Create the tools, frameworks, and processes that make credentialing and network development scalable and repeatable
- Work with leadership to shape the national roadmap for Conduit's network strategy
- Partner across Operations, Finance, and Clinical to make sure every new contract lands successfully in the real world
Who You Are
- Operations-First, Strategy-Capable: You've managed complex credentialing or network enrollment operations and know what it takes to keep a high volume of applications moving. You're also able to zoom out and think strategically about market expansion.
- Relentlessly Organized: You don't let things slip. You build systems, track every open item, and hold the pace even when it's demanding.
- Analytical + Curious: You can look at a payor landscape and figure out where to focus next — combining volume data, reimbursement economics, and market timing.
- Polished Communicator: You can hold a credentialing coordinator accountable in the morning and present to a health plan executive in the afternoon.
- Builder Mentality: You're drawn to messy, high-stakes operational problems and you know how to turn chaos into process.
- Mission-Driven: You believe that making healthcare easier to access is worth the hard work.
Why This Role Is Special
- Real Ownership: You'll run one of the most operationally critical functions at Conduit — the pace of our network expansion depends directly on you.
- High Visibility: You'll work hand-in-hand with senior leadership on strategy that shapes the entire company's market footprint.
- Startup Energy, Real-World Scale: Fast decisions, rapid iteration, and the satisfaction of seeing your work unlock new markets.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience credentialing or enrolling providers across multiple states and plan types
- Familiarity with managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or DME/post-acute reimbursement
- Prior experience at a healthcare startup, DME supplier, or payor
The Details
- Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
