The Role
We need our first dedicated people hire — someone who will own everything from sourcing to offer letter to onboarding, and eventually build the people infrastructure that scales with us.
This is not a recruiter role. It's a founding operator role for someone who believes that hiring is the highest-leverage thing a startup can do, and who will hold our quality bar like their life depends on it.
What You'll Own
- Full-cycle recruiting across clinical, operations, engineering, and GTM
- Sourcing strategy — proactive pipelines, not just inbound
- People ops foundations — onboarding, culture, comp bands, and whatever else we need built
- The "Conduit bar" — reinforcing what great looks like and never compromising on it
Who You Are
- Obsessed with mission-driven, AI-native builders who want to actually serve patients — not just 'work at a startup'
- Allergic to mediocrity and comfortable telling leadership when a candidate isn't good enough
- Scrappy enough to source your own pipeline and strategic enough to build the system behind it
