About Conduit Health

Conduit Health is transforming one of the hardest, most outdated corners of post-acute care — getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients’ homes. We’re the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say “yes” to patients who would otherwise wait weeks — while we handle every step behind the scenes.

The Role

Conduit Health is looking for an exceptional Strategy and Operations leader to join the Office of the CEO and help build the organization behind one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in New York.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and own some of the company’s most important priorities around talent, organizational strategy, and company building. We’re looking for a high-impact operator who wants to help build an exceptional company and team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Org design and structure. Turn CEO and company priorities into clear organizational action. Map out our current organization, define clear roles, reporting lines, and decision-making ownership, and build an org plan that scales with our growth.

  • Performance management. Design and launch our first performance review process, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, and career leveling, so people know what's expected and how to grow.

  • Talent strategy. Partner with leaders on hiring plans, role definitions, and succession as the team expands. Own and oversee our recruiting engine, including managing internal and external recruiters and personally driving critical searches.

  • Headcount and workforce planning. Work with finance to align hiring with budget and business priorities, and build compensation frameworks that are fair, competitive, and sustainable.

  • Team alignment and operating rhythm. Assess how teams meet, communicate, and make decisions, then design a meeting and planning cadence that keeps everyone aligned without slowing us down.

  • Culture and engagement. Shape practices that preserve what makes Conduit special while we scale, and create channels to understand how our people are doing.

  • People infrastructure. Put the essential policies, tools, and systems in place, choosing what we need now and knowing what can wait.

This is an opportunity to work directly with Conduit’s CEO and have an outsized impact on the people, culture, and operating system of the company.

Who You Are

  • 2–7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, strategy & operations, or an exceptional high-growth startup.

  • Extremely high ownership, judgment, and attention to detail.

  • An exceptional communicator who is comfortable working directly with senior executives.

  • Excited by recruiting, talent, and building organizations—but fundamentally think of yourself as a business operator.

  • Thrive in fast-moving environments with high expectations and significant responsibility.

  • Comfortable being hybrid in our NYC office 3 days/week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

  • Flexible working environment (3 in-office days per week in New York).

  • Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays.

  • Direct mentorship and growth opportunities with senior leadership.
