About the role

Droxi is building an AI-driven SaaS product in the digital health space, designed to simplify and improve doctors’ daily workflows.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our product team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our core product.

This role involves close, day-to-day collaboration with our Product team based in Israel, requiring flexibility and comfort working across time zones.

Responsibilities

· Design end-to-end user experiences for a B2B SaaS product, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and handoff.

· Work closely with Product Managers located in Israel to translate product requirements into clear UX solutions.

· Collaborate tightly with the R&D team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality.

· Design complex, data-heavy workflows with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and consistency.

· Create, maintain, and evolve design systems and components in Figma.

· Participate in user research, usability testing, and continuous product iteration.

· Take part in recurring cross-time-zone meetings and async collaboration.

Requirements

· 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, with proven experience in SaaS products.

· Mandatory: strong proficiency in Figma.

· Experience working closely with Product Managers and engineering teams.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI.

· Comfortable working with global teams and flexible working hours when needed.

· Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in async environments.

· Experience with B2B, AI products, or digital health – an advantage.
