About the role
As a Technical Program Associate at Encamp, you'll be at the forefront of customer support and compliance reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks while serving as the vital link between our customers and our technology. Your work will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our operations.
What you'll do
- Assist customers and Technical Program Managers with inquiries, product troubleshooting, and best practice recommendations, serving as a key link between users and our technology
- Develop deep expertise in Encamp's product suite, managing the customer support ticket system in Front and in-app chat, particularly during peak reporting season.
- Identify and propose proactive solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee reporting submissions for customers while handling additional services such as fee payments, invoice reviews, and mail management.
- Act as a bridge between Engineering and Technical Program teams to optimize the customer experience
- Manage financial aspects related to reporting, including fee payments and invoice processing
- Perform quality control checks on work and set up new projects
- Potential to take on management of select SMB (Small and Medium Business) customer accounts
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
- Must be proactive, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process-oriented thinker who embraces ambiguity, is dynamic, and works well under pressure

In transparency, the pay for this position is $55,000-65,000
