We’re looking for a Driven Account Executive's who’s passionate about music, technology, and sales to join the team. A Self-starter who thrives on hitting ambitious goals.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: from ICP warm leads to closing new artist and studio accounts.
Manage a high volume of warm leads from our internal demand engine.
Partner with our marketing and success teams to optimize conversion and retention.
Evangelize the EngineEars mission: supporting creators building sustainable careers.
Who You Are
Past Experience in SaaS or music-tech sales (or similar creator-facing roles).
Excellent communicator with deep empathy for independent artists and musicians.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Self-starter who thrives on hitting ambitious goals.
