What You'll Do
At Design Studios, storytelling meets strategy, and creativity fuels business impact. As a Multidisciplinary Creative – Video/Design, you will help bring ideas to life across video, motion, and visual design — crafting clear, compelling narratives that cut through complexity and engage audiences.
You’ll explore new ways to elevate storytelling — from traditional video and motion design to GenAI-fueled creative solutions that accelerate ideation and expand possibilities.

What You’ll Do
As a Multidisciplinary Creative – Video / Design, you will play a hands-on role in shaping stories through video, motion, and design. You’ll combine video storytelling, motion graphics, and visual design to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. Working across formats and platforms, you’ll collaborate closely with consultants, strategists, and fellow creatives to deliver impactful work that informs and inspires.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of video and motion design assets — from storyboards to edits — that clearly communicate strategic messages.
- Execute design work using tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects, creating visual elements that complement and strengthen storytelling.
- Work with and adapt existing templates to deliver assets efficiently and consistently.
- Present creative concepts with clarity and confidence to clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Leverage Generative AI tools and workflows to support concepting, quick ideation, and outputs.

- Workflow & Craft: Managing media, maintaining organized workflows, and adhering to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 2–4 years in visual design and/or motion graphics and video within an agency, corporate, or consulting environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Film/Media, or a related field.
- Tools & Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Bonus for 3D, interactive, or digital illustration skills.
- Design Foundation: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and motion design principles.
- GenAI Knowledge: Practical experience using Generative AI tools for ideation, content development, and workflow efficiencies.
- Presentation & Communication: Comfort with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and the ability to present ideas clearly to teams and stakeholders.
- Portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to execute across both video and design.
- Mindset: Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to emerging technologies — with a drive to experiment and grow.
