What You'll Do
- Support office fit-out and workspace projects from planning to execution
- Advise local leadership on technical, operational, and space-related topics
- Act as the key interface between local stakeholders and global Real Estate teams
- Coordinate workshops and ensure smooth project follow-up and implementation
- Oversee technical maintenance of the office, including HVAC, electrical, and MEP systems
- Manage vendors for maintenance activities and small to medium works
- Supervise furniture, equipment, and day-to-day space-related needs
- Ensure service quality, responsiveness, safety, and regulatory compliance
What You'll Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, facilities management, real estate, or technical building operations
- Experience covering both project coordination and day-to-day operations / maintenance
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global / local environment
- Service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and autonomy
- Good communication skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
- Solid understanding of technical building systems and compliance topics
