What You'll Do

As a Project Management Specialist in the Global Design Studios team, you will collaborate closely across cross-functional and cross-regional teams to manage design projects. You’ll be part of end-to-end project delivery, from scoping, staffing, and kickoff through production, delivery, and closeout.

Your role includes managing risk and budget, sourcing and staffing internal and external resources, monitoring deadlines and iterations, setting up project logistics, and leveraging AI-enabled ways of working to improve PM efficiency and consistency.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Structuring work and driving progress across multiple concurrent projects
• Communicating clearly with senior stakeholders and creative teams
• Identifying risks early and proposing practical solutions
• Managing ambiguity, changing priorities, and distributed teams
• Working within shifting or ambiguous workflows

What You'll Bring

• At least two to four years of experience in project management within creative, digital, marketing, product, or professional-services environments
• Strong command of delivery tools such as Jira and collaborative platforms
• Comfort with budgets, timelines, feedback cycles, and stakeholder management
• Interest in AI-enabled ways of working and continuous improvement
• Strong judgment, reliability, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively across senior and global BCG members and peers
• Fluent written and verbal English language skills

As part of Design Studios, you will collaborate with global designers and colleagues across BCG to bring design expertise and capabilities to clients as well as internal teams. Design Studios comprises a diverse group of talented design professionals across video, content, digital design, etc., all of which work collaboratively to deliver the most cutting-edge design solutions.
