What You'll Do

You’ll be a core member of the Global Talent Acquisition Process and Enablement team supporting the EMESA region. This team aims to bring new recruitment technology capabilities to our global Talent Acquisition (TA) community by unlocking productivity gains and enhancing experiences for our recruiters, sourcers, candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and more. As a recruitment process expert, you will advise stakeholders on how to optimise their usage of our global recruitment platform, HT2 (High Tech High Touch).

You’ll act as the customer success manager between our global technology, ATS/CRM, Product Owners and the EMESA Talent Acquisition community to drive change and foster adoption together. Our recruitment technology platform has been live (Eightfold / Phenom People & ICIMS) since 2024, and we are looking to maximise our significant investment in improved adoption of new functions and capabilities.

What You'll Bring

  • Deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition function (at least 5-10 years’ experience)
  • Experience with global talent acquisition processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities across the recruiting lifecycle
  • A demonstrable understanding of various recruiting tools and their respective value propositions, ideally Eightfold Talent Acquisition
  • The ability to influence an organisation at all levels
  • The ability to harmonize and simplify processes
  • The ability to organise and execute training sessions
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn the ins and outs of the ATS/CRM technical landscape, and serve as a key point of contact for trainings, Level 1 support, etc.
  • The ability to process information and distilling the insights and implications for the team
  • The ability to capture and share best practices across the organisation
  • A teaming mindset and the ability to work with other Process and Enablement Managers (EMESA & AP), ATS/CRM team members, Product Owners, the central Change Team, and others
  • Curiosity and passion for continuous development
  • Creativity and openness to new approaches, digital tools, and Agile methodologies
