What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges
  • Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies
  • Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting
  • Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines
  • Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback
  • Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building


What You'll Bring

  • At least 7 years of work experience in top-tier companies or consulting firms. Prior or current consulting experience is required
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project demands
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage clients across different levels of seniority
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop transformative solutions
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
