About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Account Executive to boost our commercial sales and account management efforts at HavocAI. This role is focused on identifying and developing business opportunities across key commercial markets such as port security, offshore infrastructure surveillance, offshore energy, hydrographic survey, environmental monitoring, and maritime logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the maritime domain, a passion for technological innovation, and a proven track record in solution-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, integration, testing, and delivery of ASV systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, autonomy, mechanical, and field ops personnel.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate regular standups, technical reviews and status meetings.
• Support go-to-market efforts including pricing, positioning, and product launches by contributing customer feedback and liaising with active customers.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it back to product management and technical teams.
• Lead field testing, demonstrations, and deployments as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project management experience, preferably in maritime, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Strong technical understanding of marine operations and autonomous platforms
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver products from concept to market. PMP preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers in the field
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Maritime Autonomous Systems

Location:

• Greater Boston Area - Must be able to be in Providence, RI 1-2 days a week
• Travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation and Benefits:

• The target salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000
