About the Role:

We are looking for a Deployment Operations Manager to lead the deployment of our Autonomous Surface Vessel (USV) solutions for non-defense customers. This role will live at the intersection of go-to-market, product management, engineering and operations. This person will work closely with the Havoc Commercial team to build the requirements for deployment and create timelines and oversee deployments across sectors such as offshore energy, hydrographic survey, environmental monitoring, and maritime logistics. The ideal candidate has experience with technology companies in the maritime sector and a passion for maritime innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, integration, testing, and delivery of ASV systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, autonomy, mechanical, and field ops personnel.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate regular standups, technical reviews and status meetings.
• Support go-to-market efforts including pricing, positioning, and product launches by contributing customer feedback and liaising with active customers.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it back to product management and technical teams.
• Lead field testing, demonstrations, and deployments as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project management experience, preferably in maritime, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Strong technical understanding of marine operations and autonomous platforms
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver products from concept to market. PMP preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers in the field
• Must be a US Citizen

• The target salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000
