About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced IT Administrator to support and scale HavocAI’s internal technology environment. This role is hands-on and highly impactful, supporting a team of deeply technical end users in a fast-paced startup setting.

You’ll serve as the technical lead for end-user IT, helping deploy and manage devices, administer core business systems, resolve service requests, and build the foundations of a scalable IT function. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fundamentals, excellent customer service instincts, and the ability to proactively improve systems and processes as the company grows.

What you will own:

  • Triage and resolution of IT service requests, including hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Management of IT hardware and software inventory to support ongoing hiring and growth

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Install, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux laptops and desktops, automating deployments where possible using MDM tools

  • Administer Microsoft 365, including user management, groups, SSO, permissions, and folder structures

  • Own employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, ensuring timely access provisioning and deprovisioning

  • Administer and support cloud-based tools such as Slack, Zoom, Cisco Meraki, Jira, and Microsoft 365

  • Monitor Slack and ticketing systems to triage and resolve priority IT issues while managing new-hire IT readiness

  • Maintain accurate tracking of IT hardware and software inventory and ensure sufficient stock for new hires

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience supporting software and/or hardware-focused engineering organizations

  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365

  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management)

  • Experience implementing or supporting a multi-platform MDM solution

Benefits:

  • 100% Employer paid Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for you and your families

  • Life Insurance (Employer Paid)

  • Ability to participate in the companies 401k program (Matching)

  • Unlimited PTO policy with an enforced 2 week minimum

  • Equity Package

  • Work / Home Office Stipend

  • Global Entry

  • 16 Week Paid Parental Leave

  • Monthly Health and Wellness Stipend
