Our openings span more than one career level. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.

About Us:

Collaborative autonomy is how self-tasking teams of machines will solve hard human problems, and HavocAI is an unquestioned leader in collaborative autonomy. We set the standard for autonomous surface vessels for a wide range of defense and commercial maritime missions. Success requires us to grow quickly, and we’re looking for teammates who are passionate about solving hard problems, about pushing the envelope, and about preventing conflict and saving lives. Ambition is welcome to apply within.

About the Role

HavocAI is building the future of multi-domain autonomous systems—and we’re looking for a hands-on Production Technician to help turn cutting-edge designs into reliable hardware. You’ll assemble and integrate our product line (and other mechanical/electrical assemblies), ensure every build meets engineering intent, and help drive production excellence in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble, integrate, and wire mechanical/electrical components and subsystems to engineering specs and production standards

  • Perform detailed inspections and functional tests to confirm performance and quality requirements

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic/measurement equipment to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair builds

  • Partner closely with engineers and fellow technicians to resolve production issues and implement improvements

  • Capture accurate build records, deviations, and troubleshooting logs

  • Maintain a safe, organized workspace and uphold strict safety protocols

  • Contribute to production procedure development, continuous improvement, and best practices

  • Assist in creating and maintaining production technical documentation and build instructions

What Success Looks Like

  • Build quality you can trust: consistently deliver Rampage assemblies that pass inspection and functional testing the first time

  • Hit schedule without shortcuts: meet throughput goals while maintaining safety and documentation standards

  • Reduce rework: identify recurring issues, implement fixes, and help drive down defects over time

  • Clear documentation: keep build records accurate, complete, and easy for others to reference

  • Proactive collaboration: engineers and technicians rely on you for fast, reliable feedback and effective troubleshooting

  • Shop excellence: a clean, organized, and safe workspace with zero safety incidents

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (technical degree/certification in a related field preferred)

  • Proven technician/production experience, ideally in high-tech, robotics, aerospace, or similar environments

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

What You Bring (Skills)

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical integration

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and teamwork with a proactive mindset

  • Comfortable owning work in a fast-paced, high-impact build environment
