Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, the Technical Success team blends deep technical expertise with operational excellence. We empower customers to extend and operationalize Immuta’s platform with confidence—delivering measurable value, enabling secure global data access, and supporting growth across cloud and hybrid ecosystems.
YOUR ROLE
As a Resident Solution Architect, US (East), you’ll be a dedicated technical partner to Immuta’s customers across multiple industries. You’ll have a hands-on, consultative role that combines technical delivery with strategic advisory - guiding them through implementation, configuration, and long-term adoption to ensure customers realize meaningful business outcomes and long-term value from their investment in Immuta.
This position supports our US East territory. Candidates based in or near major markets (e.g., Boston, New York, Washington, DC) are strongly encouraged to apply.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Accelerate Customer Time-to-Value: Enable customers to quickly adopt and operationalize Immuta, turning complex governance requirements into scalable, real-world outcomes.
  • Enable Secure Data Access at Enterprise Scale: Help organizations confidently share data across cloud and hybrid environments while meeting governance, privacy, and compliance objectives.
  • Become a Trusted Technical Partner: Influence customer strategy by guiding data, security, and compliance teams through architectural decisions that support long-term success.
  • Expand Platform Value: Identify opportunities to deepen customer adoption by unlocking new use cases, integrations, and performance optimizations.
  • Shape the Product Through the Field: Bring customer insights, patterns, and challenges back to Product and Engineering to improve Immuta’s roadmap and usability.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Lead technical onboarding, configuration, and deployment of Immuta within customer environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Architect and implement Immuta integrations with modern data platforms, catalogs, and identity tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
  • Design and deliver technical demos, proofs of concept, and customer workshops.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve complex technical challenges from onboarding through expansion.
  • Create and maintain implementation guides, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers focused on performance, scalability, and compliance optimization.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or data engineering within SaaS or enterprise software environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, data governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts into clear business value.
  • A proactive, curious, and customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $170,500 - $203,500
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all U.S.-based job postings. Our salary ranges are based on function, level, and geographic location, and are benchmarked for our company size and industry.
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, experience level, skill set, and training. The range shown above reflects the good-faith hiring range for this role at the time of posting, consistent with applicable state and local pay-transparency laws. Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future to reflect market changes.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable pay, or equity, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and other applicable company programs.
