About the Role
KOHO is on the hunt for our next all-star Senior Product Manager! We are committed to our mission of democratizing financial services and creating better wealth-building tools for all Canadians. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will play a key and critical role in building a variety of delightful KOHO app features.
What You'll Do
Own the Subscription Plans product across pricing, tiers, in-app purchases, and cross-sells.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and roadmaps tied to business and user needs.
Build features that increase engagement and retention while differentiating KOHO in the market.
Champion a customer-first approach to maximize value and utility.
Use data-driven insights and experimentation to inform product decisions and measure impact.
Go deep on analytics — reading cohort charts, funnels, and surfacing insights on subscription performance.(SQL proficiency is preferred)
Set the strategic direction for subscription initiatives and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver results.
About You
Experienced product manager with 5+ years in product management; experience with consumer fintech products is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to guide decisions and hands-on with SQL (preferred) and product analytics tools.
Proven track record of building and scaling features that increase engagement and retention.
Systematic approach to building scalable systems and processes for sustainable growth.
Proactive in driving momentum and identifying opportunities for rapid iteration and improvement.
Customer-obsessed, ensuring every product decision delivers clear value and utility.
Clear communicator who can distill complex insights into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Accountable owner and visionary leader, able to set product direction and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
