Your Role in Our Mission

At Normal Computing, we partner with leading organizations that drive the most critical industries. We are seeking a founding Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to spearhead Normal’s revenue function. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and building Normal’s GTM strategy, and managing and developing our enterprise partnership ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Normal’s founders and leadership, working across our product, engineering and marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape Normal’s commercial efforts and the future of enterprise AI alongside our partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the end-to-end partner strategy, from outreach and relationship cultivation, to deal closure and partnership success with enterprise organizations.

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and position Normal as a transformation partner to address their business goals.

  • Developing and executing Normal's GTM strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the enterprise AI landscape and Normal’s relevant application landscape in advanced manufacturing, defining market positioning and key customer segments, creating messaging and sales collateral, and driving the execution of marketing and business development initiatives.

  • Building and maintaining a growing enterprise partnership ecosystem, effectively managing comprehensive sales pipeline activities through robust processes and tools.

  • Driving cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders including engineering, product, marketing, legal and finance to ensure partnership success.

  • Serving as a point of contact for external counterparts, ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships with a proven track record of selling and closing complex deals with large enterprises

  • Comfortable managing strategic customer engagements, effectively bridging senior business and technical stakeholders

  • Robust knowledge of business, strategy, product, finance, and legal concepts to inform complex, multi-faceted deals and partnerships

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, high level of motivation to succeed, and adaptability to fast-paced environments

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

What Elevates Your Application

  • Top-tier management consulting or similar professional client service experience

  • Hands-on experience in developing a GTM strategy, team and process, from inception to execution in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Domain expertise in AI and/or advanced manufacturing with experience selling to deeply technical audiences

  • Advanced degree in engineering, science, or computer science
