We are looking for an Account Manager who will lead the relationship with one of our major clients. As the main point of contact for this account, you will maximize value creation through wow factor service. You will nurture this existing account, support all of their internal stakeholders, manage the team of event planners that deliver value and be obsessed with your clients' overall experience.
The Role
- Own the relationship with the account including managing weekly check in calls and providing weekly volume reports.
- Create and project-manage the quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and implement Standards of Procedure (SOPs) for events that are "white glove"
- Train & supervise the team of event planners that manage the "white glove" events
- Manage the contract signing, payment, and data capture, of all the client-managed events, through the Planned platform. Be the main point of contact for these client-managed events.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the account and offer solutions to address these.
- Weekly work volume reports
- Weekly transaction reports
- Weekly Invoices that support the transactions
- Monthly Cvent data automation reports
- Monthly Financial Summary reports
- Monthly Centralized invoices

- Proven success in previous enterprise account management roles
- Experience in the event planning industry
- Experience leading a team
- Project management skills
- Ability to perform and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reporting and data management
- Executive presence, driven, proactive & collaborative
- Extremely organized
- Detail-oriented
- Effective communicator (in English)
- Strategic thinker
- Quick learner
