We’re looking for an early-career Recruiter who is excited to learn the craft of hiring from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, highly organized, and motivated to grow into a strong end-to-end recruiter over time.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across all department (product, go-to-market, operations, finance, etc)
- Source and identify high-potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and creative outbound approaches
- Screen candidates and help assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and help keep our hiring process organized and efficient
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and what “great” looks like
- Learn how to evaluate talent at a high bar — not just fill roles
What We're Looking For
- Experience in people facing roles (customer service, sales, recruitment, HR, or similar)
- Someone early in their career, eager to learn and make an impact
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Proactive, action-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
- Committed to high-quality work and continuous learning and improvement
Nice to Have (not required)
- Exposure to startups, tech, or SaaS (internships, co-ops, student roles, etc.)
- Interest in people ops, talent, HR, or organizational development
