About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Account Service Representative. As an Account Service Representative, your primary role will be successfully onboarding our members, ensuring seamless implementation of our product, conducting impactful in-person education sessions, and actively gathering feedback to address any concerns.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the onboarding process for members, meticulously ensuring a seamless transition and implementation of our product
  • Conduct engaging in-person education sessions to empower members with comprehensive knowledge of our product features, benefits, and processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the first 90 days of new group onboarding and provide dedicated support for members, consistently delivering prompt assistance and fostering a positive experience
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by members, collaborating closely with internal teams to swiftly find effective solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the onboarding process, leveraging feedback and insights to enhance the overall member experience
  • Serve as the unwavering champion and advocate for our members, going above and beyond to establish strong relationships based on trust
  • Assist the employer's HR team in addressing members' questions and issues, providing necessary support and guidance

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience of customer service or account management roles, with a track record of building strong customer trust
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with members and establish a foundation of trust
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple members simultaneously, ensuring their success
  • Detail-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that members' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Adaptability and thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills to deliver impactful in-person education sessions that captivate and inform
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and employee benefits is advantageous
  • Availability for travel to member locations
