SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Signal Wealth is seeking a Senior Client Services Representative who will be responsible for new RIA onboarding, client transitions, and handling various account service requests such as withdrawals, trades, and other account-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to multitask.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
- Manage the onboarding of new RIAs by coordinating with the sales team and various departments within the organization
- Oversee the process of transitioning clients from other firms to our company, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for both the client and our organization
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and account service requests, including but not limited to withdrawals, trades, and other account-related requests
- Work closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving our client service and onboarding processes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN TEAM MEMBERS
We’re currently building out many new initiatives and programs. You’ll need to quickly ramp up and start executing. We talk a lot about strategy and high-level ideas, and you should be able to independently translate ideas into action, dig into the details, and make progress toward our team’s goals.
You’re someone that geeks out on processes and is a sucker for making sure things stay on track. The goal is to be meticulous enough for quality output but not meticulous to the point of indecision.
Our teams at Signal are small but mighty—we expect team members to work independently, grab the jump ball, and get it past the finish line. Receiving & giving feedback is crucial to accountability. You should be someone that’s comfortable with a culture of continuous feedback.

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, at an RIA
- Strong understanding of RIA onboarding and client transition processes
- Experience working with top custodians such as Fidelity and Charles Schwab
- Preferred experience working with Addapar, Orion and/or Black Diamond by not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
