IN FORCE POLICY SPECIALIST
As an In Force Policy Specialist, you would join a team creating the industry’s first In Force Data management offering, 1-Click Annual Reviews. The core responsibilities of this role are collecting insurance policy information for annual policy reviews, data management/analysis, assisting producers via email or phone with ad hoc requests for policy information, publishing annual policy updates, gathering financial product information, and updating internal and external systems. You would be responsible for delivering support to insurance producers, and our internal teams, as we work to provide solutions to our clients.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
- Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews
- Assist producers with ad hoc policy information requests
- Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews
- Data analysis and management of In Force Data
- Collaborate with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our Firms

MUST HAVES
- Relevant experience with outbound phone calls, emailing, downloading and recording documents, navigating data-base software
- Ability to work within short deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously
- Experience with annuities, life insurance, and/or securities is strongly preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
