About the Role

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 CAD Base + Variable

By setting such audacious goals as an organization as those mentioned above, SkyWatch attracts an extremely high volume of interest from potential customers across a variety of channels. Focused on customer delight, we are committed to addressing our potential clients in a timely and astute manner to ensure they are directed to the proper product on our platform which will best suit their needs.
This role will be the first line of response to all inbound traffic inquiring about SkyWatch products and services mainly through our Hubspot and Salesforce systems. By engaging with each inbound contact, this dynamic team player will identify how to channel each request and inquiry to harness the full potential of the SkyWatch platform enabling the potential customer to derive maximum value and achieve optimal results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Connect with each high potential inbound contact via email, phone or Google Meet to decipher customer needs, sizing and the best fit within the SkyWatch product line and infrastructure.
  • Through an evolving set of pointed discovery questions, understand what the high potential contact is looking for and how we can help serve their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Marketing to constantly improve the process, optimizing for customer delight, time-to-value and revenue.

Skills and Experience

  • A University degree, college diploma or equivalent
  • Energized by, and able to connect with a high volume of contacts throughout the day via phone, email, and Google Meet.
  • Top Notch communication skills, including active listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills: high customer empathy, resilience and ability to quickly build and maintain positive relationships
  • Research abilities, to be able to identify prospects and understand their business needs
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (ex. Hubspot & Salesforce) and highlight kaizen-esque process improvements, optimizing for time-to-value and revenue.
  • A high level of values alignment to SkyWatch and the Revenue team.
  • Passion for working with a high output and collaborative team.
  • Eagerness to remain in this role for at least a year and a half to hone the craft and become an expert prior to moving into a new position.
