About the Role

Interested in strategy, operations, and product development in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment? Join SonderMind's Enterprise Solutions team as we build and scale new go-to-markets and strategic partnerships. You'll be a critical part of the company’s strategic growth plan, leading implementation of marketing efforts specifically on provider directories.

As the Directories Lead, you’ll step into import projects as we test new channels and scale successful test. Your role will be instrumental in continuing the success of these efforts and launching new projects as they become operational You’ill be working with cross-functional teams, interfacing with team leadership, and collaborating closely with our partnerships team.

Essential Functions

  • Lead day to day management of multiple provider marketing functions
  • Manage and optimize accounts with major provider directories, e.g., Psychology Today, WebMD, Zocdoc
  • Lead cross-functional team members to deliver on expansion and growth for the business through these channels
  • Identifies product, process, people interventions to improve performance
  • Work closely with Partnership team to develop and execute Directories strategy
  • Report progress to executive leadership at a regular cadence

What does success look like?

  • Stepped in and managed current projects to success at scale
  • Identified issues, developed actions to resolve, and implemented solutions to meet targets
  • Provided day-to-day project management and administration for key initiatives
  • Successfully optimized marketing and communications for directory channels
  • Measured and reported on performance and trends
  • Ensured successful execution of new projects within budget while meeting targets

Who You Are

  • Self-starter excited about working at a fast-paced startup
  • You’re intellectually curious and naturally pull the string until you find the answer
  • Ability to communicate and present to senior managers and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Use data to inform your decisions and confirm hypotheses
  • Strong project management, time management, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Have scaled new initiatives and take projects from 0-1

The anticipated salary rate for this role is between $85,000-100,000 per year.
