About the Role

We’re seeking a curious, entrepreneurial, data-driven, and user-focused Senior Product Manager with a passion for re-imagining and transforming mental healthcare. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the roadmap and execution of our Unified App strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, App Science, Clinical, Sales, and Product Marketing, all while reporting to the Head of Product. This is a high-impact, visible role where you’ll lead and execute on every aspect of the product lifecycle, making a meaningful impact in mental health care.

Essential Functions

  • Be the voice of our users. Conduct high-impact user research and leverage user feedback in all its forms to accurately capture and represent member needs and the way they interact with our product. Use those insights to inform product decisions, deliver on user needs and and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Own a significant portion of the Unified App roadmap, strategy and vision. Translate your understanding of our users, product, and domain into a compelling vision and strategy and craft a clear roadmap of highly prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against the product vision & strategy and drive business impact.
  • Lead end-to-end product development. Lead the discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of user centric features to address user problems and business opportunities. Define key performance metrics for your features and closely analyze product performance to measure success, identify gaps and areas of improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence through collaboration and communication. Lead and collaborate with design, engineering and other cross functional peers and leadership to provide input and visibility into the product development process and define and ship a consistent, high quality experience across the “whole product”.

  • Grow Mobile App Active User Base: Increase the number of active users engaging with the mobile app.
  • Increase Activation Rates: Boost the percentage of users who complete onboarding and establish the habit around using the product.
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction: Elevate customer satisfaction scores through enhanced product features and user experience.
  • Enhance Retention: Strengthen user retention rates by delivering consistent value and reducing churn.
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Align product outcomes with business goals, contributing to overall company growth.

Who You Are

  • You have 7+ years product management experience in fast-growing teams.
  • Proven ability to take a product from the earliest conception to successful market adoption.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural aptitude for clearly articulating customer problems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset who vigorously looks for ways to improve the product and user experience.
  • You are insightful and resourceful in how to achieve a higher level of conviction before development begins.
  • You’re a creative and out-of-the-box product thinker who is passionate about improving access and outcomes in mental health.
  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration and have a strong ability to tap into the expertise of various stakeholders to get to an optimal solution
  • High customer empathy with a strong focus on execution and being able to put ideas into action.
  • You expertly blend quantitative and qualitative inputs, as warranted by each individual situation.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity.
  • Healthcare, wellness, or Enterprise benefits experience is a nice to have.

Our Benefits

The anticipated salary rate for this role is between $145,000-180,000 per year.
