Together, we are revolutionizing the B2B landscape by developing an innovative next-generation platform for scaling and managing AI Workers. Our frontend environment is powered by AWS Amplify and written in the cutting-edge Next.js framework, while our execution environment relies on the versatility of AWS Lambda. Currently, our functions are implemented using Typescript/Node.js, ensuring reliability and scalability. We foster a fast-paced and agile work culture, empowering our team to make swift, informed decisions as we consistently deliver immense value to a brand-new segment of customers.
Responsibilities
- Seeking talented individuals to join our team as we design, develop, deploy, and maintain features for our customer-facing web application. We work with a modern technology stack, including the Serverless Framework, Node.js, and Next.js.
- As a member of our agile team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to frequent iterations, both through individual work and collaborative efforts. Your expertise in designing efficient data models with complex relationships will be essential to our success.
- In addition to actively participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and requirement elaboration activities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to our CI/CD environment, taking ownership of the release management process for your own code.
- We foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship, encouraging developers to pair, share knowledge, and support one another. As part of our team, you may occasionally provide support on a rotational basis.

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of industry experience working in a full-stack serverless engineering role.
- "Have you accumulated at least five years of full-time work experience after completing college?"
- Seeking candidates with strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, and preferably experience with languages like Python and Go. Knowledge of PostgreSQL database is highly desirable.
- Currently proficient or having an active interest in cloud-based development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in technical leadership of an engineering team is a bonus.
- Strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and software application design
- Passion for solving challenging problems and iterating quickly
- Previous start-up experience is a definite plus!
