This group is responsible for our end-to-end platform, which includes innovating on our customer-focused web application and advancing our developer suite. Requirements

• Quick to pick up new technologies and stay updated with industry trends
• 1+ years of experience as an engineering manager, demonstrating exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members, as well as strong technical leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience (preferably with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js), with:
  • Experience in a collaborative engineering team
  • Experience as the primary owner of a codebase
  • A mix of both client- and server-side
  • Deployment, performance tuning, monitoring, and logging
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

Bonus points

• Experience with launching/maintaining cloud infrastructure via AWS CloudFormation or similar IaC in AWS
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with high-availability systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
