We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our platform engineering team. This group is responsible for our end-to-end platform, which includes innovating on our customer-focused web application and advancing our developer suite. These tools enable a community of developers across the globe to create unique AI Worker use cases, contributing to a more robust and powerful offering for our customers.

Requirements
- Quick to pick up new technologies and stay updated with industry trends
- 1+ years of experience as an engineering manager, demonstrating exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members, as well as strong technical leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years full-stack or backend engineering experience (preferably with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js), with:
- Experience in a collaborative engineering team
- Experience as the primary owner of a codebase
- A mix of both client- and server-side
- Unit testing in Jest or similar
- Deployment, performance tuning, monitoring and logging
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Nice-to-have
- Experience with launching/maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience in deploying applications, performance tuning, and implementing monitoring and logging solutions for a robust and scalable infrastructure
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with performance tuning, security or production support for high-availability systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
