The Challenge: Spearhead our Field Marketing Missions

We’re seeking a Senior Field Marketing Professional with a proven track record of success, someone who possesses over five years of experience in the trenches of field marketing within the B2B technology or healthcare sectors. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between our revolutionary AI solutions and the healthcare providers who need it most, crafting and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Mission Overview

As a key player in our marketing team, your role will center on designing and implementing field marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of Thoughtful AI’s solutions to the healthcare industry and result in pipeline growth and exceeding revenue targets. Your efforts will play a crucial role in our overall success, driving demand, building brand awareness, and ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare operations.

Core Objectives

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Identify and ramp up our brand and sales presence at 2-3 industry-specific events per month (currently ~1/month), including conferences, seminars, round-tables, and webinars, ensuring each event aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of event management, from initial planning, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and negotiate contracts with vendors and venues.

Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

  • Drive lead acquisition at all events, utilizing innovative strategies to capture and nurture potential customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective follow-up strategies that convert event leads into sales opportunities.
  • Analyze event performance and generate detailed reports on leads generated, engagement levels, and ROI.

Speaking Engagements and Content:

  • Coordinate speaking engagements for company founders and key executives to establish thought leadership and enhance company visibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of speeches, presentations, and other content for events to ensure messaging is impactful and aligned with company objectives.

Strategic Marketing Initiatives:

  • Identify and target niche healthcare events across the US that offer significant opportunities for brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for each event, including the creation of promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, and onsite branding.

Internal and Advisory Board Events:

  • Plan and execute internal customer events and initiatives to bolster customer evangelism and engagement.
  • Manage the logistics and content for customer advisory board meetings, ensuring these events facilitate valuable feedback and foster strong customer relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure marketing efforts are comprehensive and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to plan strategies, review progress, and integrate feedback into marketing practices.

Impact Measurement and Reporting:

  • Continuously measure the impact of all event activities, utilizing data, dashboards, and analytics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing successes, challenges, and key metrics from marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in field marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Event Management Excellence: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events, with a knack for creating engaging and impactful experiences.
  • Communicative Clarity: Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Adaptability: Agile and responsive to the dynamic nature of the field marketing environment, with a can-do attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
