Tractorbeam is a managed retrieval service that makes it easy to build AI apps grounded in real, up-to-date data backed by powerful graph-based retrieval. Typical RAG strategies transform all of your data into little chunks of natural language–throwing away your data's natural structure–before dropping everything into a homogenous vector database. We're building a hybrid graph/vector database that retains the scalable semantic search capabilities of traditional vector databases by building a knowledge graph based on your data's unique ontology.
