The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding in the Storage industry and be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers and internal teams.Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers and Pre-Sales team.
- Participate in technical Deep Dives in strategic customer meetings.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with Product management and R&D to drive product enhancements based on customer's feedback
- Represent VAST Data at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and solution.
- Lead technical presentations and demonstrations for customers and partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Product, technical marketing or pre-sales engineering experience.
- experience in a technology-focused role with emphasis on the Storage field.
- Experience in customer-facing roles explaining strategic and technical concepts.
- Ability to act as an industry and solution thought leader in both customer and large industry conference settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Proven experience in promoting and demonstrating technology products.
- Robust problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
