We are seeking a dynamic Product and Solutions Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this senior-level position, you will build and execute a standardized, programmatic approach to product and solution marketing operations with an initial focus on launches and complex external announcements. Your role will be essential in ensuring the coordination and execution of cross-functional efforts to deliver impactful announcements, ensuring launch readiness and effectiveness across all necessary stakeholders, including marketing, sales, services/support and partners.

THE ROLE



  • Develop and manage a comprehensive launch program to ensure the seamless execution of product and solution launches.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content, deliverables, and GTM readiness, ensuring all teams meet target launch dates.
  • Establish KPIs to measure launch effectiveness
  • Continuously improve launch processes and strategies to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
  • Foster a customer-obsessed, results-oriented culture within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, enablement, support and partner teams to ensure effective communication and execution of launch strategies.
  • Orchestrate GTM initiatives across entire marketing/sales organizations

  • Proven experience in managing product and solution launches.
  • Collaborative – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution and assess results across cross-functional teams with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
