Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in Europe and will provide tactical support to our EMEA and APAC sales teams. You will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quoting & Discounting: Provide support to sales teams in creating accurate and timely quotes. Manage discounting approvals and ensure compliance with pricing strategies and product configuration requirements.
  2. Deal Desk Management: Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to streamline deal approval processes and drive deal velocity.
  3. Salesforce Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide actionable insights for sales teams and leadership.
  4. Pipeline Management: Support the sales team in managing and optimizing the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up on leads.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and product teams to align revenue operations with overall company objectives.
  6. Process Improvement: Curiosity and problem-solving attitude, ability to identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement new ones to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Excel, Google Sheets and other reporting tools. Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems is a plus.
  3. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to clean, summarize and interpret data to support informed decisions.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in written/spoken English is required, other major languages are a plus.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  6. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative work environment.
