We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized HR Admin & Office Manager to join our dynamic team to take full ownership of day-to-day office operations and have comprehensive responsibility for the daily operation of the office, providing administrative support, and managing a pleasant and efficient work environment.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Office Manager in a high-tech company is a significant advantage.
Take full ownership of end-to-end HR administrative tasks, including system updates, file maintenance, and routine departmental operations
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing prompt answers to questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team.
Full proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactiveness and creative problem-solving skills.
High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
